I started my agency career in 2001 after fifteen years of experience in claims at State Farm. The most important part of my job in claims was customer service and I have continued that with my agency. Tammy and Carol have been with me since the first day and Joleen has since joined our family. That is how we operate our agency, with a family atmosphere.
